Refund Policy

Tobu Consulting Services, LLC (“Tobu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains a strict no-refund policy. All payments made to Tobu for consulting, administrative, or related services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a client decides not to proceed with services, fails to respond to requests for information, changes business plans, or if a trademark application is refused, opposed, abandoned, or otherwise not approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any other authority.

By engaging Tobu’s services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy without exception.
